Score: Thrusters 10 per rounds, V-ups 13 per round, Shoulder taps 20-16 per round, Jumping air squats 18 per round.
Tabata is a fantastic style of workout that I don’t do often enough. It always gets me sore no matter what movement.
To break it down it’s 8 rounds: 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. My goal is to try and hold my first round which does’t aways happen.
It has been limiting not being able to workout with weights. These 2 full bottles of water inspired me to take advantage of them before they were gone, by far the hardest part of my workout.
Perfect morning workout to jump right into, only 1 piece of equipment needed and you are ready to go.
Not all workouts need to be soul and body crushing. I personally perfer to keep things lights and quick for about 60% of the time.
The most dynamic component to this workout is the Kettlebell snatches I had to break this movement up into 2 sets every round. During the rest I would count to 5 and get right back to the Kettlebell to finish up.

9 Burpee Pull-ups

47 Russian twists
Rest 3 minutes the:
200 meter Run
30 Shoulder taps
My goal this morning was keep moving and this workout helped me complete that goal in under 22 minutes.
