Active rest days are needed in anyones workout routine. I enjoy going on an urban hike or run if I can get away. Today was a rare morning when running was the perfect option. It was a very slow 3 miles but I got to enjoy the sunrise and quite moment to myself.
Runs don’t need to be long in this beautiful hilly city, sometimes in nice to get out in the fresh air.
