All you need is 10 minutes

Not every workout needs to be long or complicated. Sometime all you have is 10 minutes to get some cardio in, or 20 minutes to go on a run. Do it! Take the little amount of time you have and workout. You will be glad you did. There is not one workout, I have finished and said “I wished I wouldn’t have done that.”

Tonight’s workout the kids were awake and it was clear they were not going to sit still for very long. So this workout needed to be easy and quick.

Jeremy and I did a stager start since we have to share the bike. This keeps me moving in fear he will catch me (I couldn’t have that). This was all lungs and legs for me. Simple movement but when you combine them together it can burn and not let up.

3 Rounds for time:
75 Double-Unders
50 Air Squats
25/18 Cals Airbike

One thing I love is including the kids in what I’m doing if possible. Here’s Dean my youngest (2 years old) joining in on an Ab finisher.
