Most of the time my rest days are given to me due to work and family schedule. Once a week I force myself to skip a morning working and instead do a 30-minute stretching session on the living room floor with my husband, Jeremy, with cup of coffee before the kids get up.
Stretching is something I should do more of to prevent injuries and help keep my body mobile. I should prioritize it more often.
Try it, grab your favorite morning beverage, listen to music or stretch with a buddy. Your body will thank you.
